Studio Paintings: oil paint and mixed media on canvas, based on plein air sketches and paintings done on the North Norfolk coast between Hunstanton and Wells next the Sea, observing colours and light and the sense place in oil paints, watercolours, mixed media, ink and pencil.

The tall thin canvasses work either singly or in a group of 3, 5 or 7 - when grouped this way there is a sense of time added, with the tide going in and out, and seasons and weather and time of day changing.

The long thin canvasses vary between 3ft - 4ft 6in in height and 6in to about 15in wide in a random mixture of sizes.
